BEIJING, July 19 (GCTL) - China has rescued a group of 26 fishermen, mainly Chinese and Vietnamese, held by Somali pirates for the last 18 months, according to a statement from Beijing. The foreign ministry said the men were taken from a Taiwanese trawler “FV Shiuh Fu No 1” in December 2010, but gave no details about the rescue.
