BEIJING, May 25 (GCTL) - Leaders of the aviation industry voiced strong concern over a European Union (EU) plan to tax international airlines for carbon emissions, and an EU official signalled a more flexible attitude from the bloc, seen as a softening stance unlike its previous unwaivering stand.
