AMSTERDAM, Sep 16 (GCTL) - Air France-KLM Cargo & Martinair Cargo will operate a twice weekly Boeing 747-400 ERF flight between Amsterdam-Schiphol and Shanghai-Pu Dong via Moscow, operated on Thursdays and Saturdays.
