Hainan Air to cut flights for staff rest rules breach

HONG KONG, May 8 (GCTL) - Hainan Airlines Co, China's fourth- biggest carrier, was ordered to cut services after pilots and cabin crew violated rest rules, according to an aviation regulator's notice obtained by Bloomberg News.
