HONG KONG, Feb 29 (GCTL) - Under a three-year scheme, port facilities and light dues will be reduced by 50 percent for ocean-going vessels voluntarily switching to low sulphur fuel when berthing at Hong Kong Port as a measure to encourage the shipping sector to use cleaner fuel while berthing, Secretary for Transport and Housing, Ms Eva Cheng said.
