HONG KONG, June 1 (GCTL) - Maersk Line is to launch a fog surcharge in China's Qingdao, which the executive director of Hong Kong Shippers’ Council, Sunny Ho, has slammed as 'unreasonable' and 'unacceptable,' according to Containerisation International.
