HELSINKI, Apr 30 (GCTL) - Finnair’s sales showed positive development in the first quarter with its turnover increasing by 10.9% year-on-year, but pointed out that the comparison period in 2011 was exceptional, largely due to the effects of the Japanese tsunami of March 2011, CEO Mika Vehviläinen said.
