Garuda to buy Airbus freighters to boost cargo biz

JAKARTA, June 11 (GCTL) - National flag carrier PT Garuda Indonesia plans to purchase three Airbus A330F freighters worth US$600 million which were expected to enter service in 2014 in order to tap into the growing cargo market, the airline’s marketing director Elisa Lumbantoruan said.
