TAIPEI, Aug 10 (GCTL) - The Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) and the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits (ARATS) may sign the cross-Strait service trade agreement and dispute settlement pact, both follow-up agreements of cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA), in their next meeting, revealed P.K. Chiang, chairman of SEF yesterday (August 8).
