TRA introduces new ETCS system to boost cargo

DAR ES SALAAM, Apr 3 (GCTL) - The newly introduced Electric Tracking Cargo System (ETCS) aims to curb dumping of transit goods into the local market as it monitors the cargo's point of entry to that of exit, Tanzania Revenue Authority has said.
