Lufthansa Cargo raises fuel surcharge

FRANKFURT, Oct 4 (GCTL) - Lufthansa Cargo is raising its fuel surcharge, effective 17 October 2005, from 0.50 to 0.55 euro cents per kilo of actual freight weight to offset huge increases in fuel prices.
