US-China textile talks break down

WASHINGTON, Oct 14 (GCTL) - The latest round of talks between the US and China aimed at settling the row over Chinese textile has failed, and US negotiator David Spooner said the two could not reach an agreement "that meets the needs of our domestic manufacturers and retailers", BBC reported
