Japanese group inks long-term LNG charter deal

DOHA, Qatar, Nov 29 (GCTL) - A consortium comprising Japanese carriers has sealed a 25 years long term charter deal with Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd. (QGTC) for eight new liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers of about 210,000 square metres to transport LNG for Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (3) (RasGas 3).
