Union refuses to implement approved maintenance system

SYDNEY, June 15 (GCTL) - Qantas has filed on Thursday an application with Fair Work Australia against the Australian Licenced Aircraft Engineers Association (ALAEA), which has instructed its members to take unprotected industrial action by conducting maintenance tasks that are no longer required on aircraft.
