KUALA LUMPUR, June 15 (GCTL) - Malaysia Airlines's successful issue of a first tranche of Perpetual Junior Sukuk amounting to RM1 billion (S$400 million) to a government pension fund may have bought some relief to the ailing carrier but it has also come under criticism for being a "right hand to left hand" transaction.
