Budget airline to start regular Seoul, Hebei flights

SHIJIAZHUANG, May 21 (GCTL) - Jin Air, a low-cost airline of the Republic of Korea (ROK), will launch regular flights between the ROK's capital of Seoul and Shijiazhuang city in northern China's Hebei province on June 20, Xinhua reported.
