Tanker rates on Asian routes cld hit year's low this week

SINGAPORE, June 14 (GCTL) - Rates for dirty tankers on key Asian freight routes are expected to decline this week to the year's lows, with availability of vessels in the Middle East three times higher than demand, ship brokers said on Tuesday.
