BANGKOK, June 20 (GCTL) = The cabinet on Tuesday approved a plan proposed by Airports of Thailand Plc to fully reactivate Don Mueang airport to relieve congestion at Suvarnabhumi airport, deputy government spokesman Chalitrat Chantarubeksa said.
