HONG KONG, Feb 14 (GCTL) - Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) member carriers, which had a majority share of the transpacific cargo capacity were allegedly "interfering in the market", should set freight rates based on market demand, said Sunny Ho Lap-kee, executive director of the council, said.
