Dubai Ports agree to delay US ports takeover

WASHINGTON, Feb 24 (GCTL) - Dubai Ports World has offered to delay its takeover of most operations at six U.S. ports to give the Bush administration more time to discuss with lawmakers opposing the deal to convince them that this matter does not pose any security risks.
