Japanese banks provide loan for 8 LNG vessels

TOKYO, Mar 6 (GCTL) - The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and 14 other Japanese and foreign financial institutions plan to provide a 180 billion yen (US$1.5 billion) syndicated loan for eight liquefied natural gas vessels that will transport LNG produced in Qatar to North America.
