AP Moller-Maersk reports profit fall in 2005

HONG KONG, Mar 31 (GCTL) - AP Moller-Maersk, which acquired P&O Nedlloyd last year, has announced that its net profit from container shipping and other related activities in 2005 fell by 15.5 percent to US$1.28 billion, compared to 2004's net income of $1.51 billion.
