DHL acquires stake in Kelpo Kuljetus Fi Oy

HELSINKI, July 19 (GCTL) - DHL is to buy out Finland Post’s 49 percent stake in Kelpo Kuljetus Fi Oy, the jointly owned domestic transport company, making Kelpokuljetus a fully-owned DHL subsidiary.
