Panama Canal completion by 2014 deadline in doubt

CARTAGENA, Colombia, Apr 17 (GCTL) - Panama Canal Authority (ACP) will know in a few months whether the long-awaited expansion of its famous shipping canal will meet the 2014 deadline for completion, the canal administrator's chief executive said.
