Tanker orders triple as shipowners invest in vessels

LONDON, July 18 (GCTL) - Shipbuilders received more than three times as many orders for oil tankers in the first half as they did a year ago, as owners invested record profits in new vessels, the Shipping Times reported, citing a Drewry Shipping Consultants Ltd's report.
