Taiwan authorities aim to accelerate ECFA talks

TAIPEI, May 17 (GCTL) - Officials were asked to complete the merchandise trade talks for the cross-Taiwan Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA) within one year, particularly subordinate bodies which were urged to submit the draft agreements by April 2012 for signing such agreements in July.
