SHANTOU, Oct 31 (GCTL) - Sinotrans Container Lines Company Ltd has newly launched a Shantou-Manila service from Shantou International Container Terminals (SICT), a joint venture between Hutchison Delta Ports (HDP) and Shantou Port Authority and was the first dedicated container terminal in Shantou.
