China's shipbuilding industry slows further

BEIJING, June 27 (GCTL) - China’s new shipbuilding orders fell more than 47 percent year on year during the first five months, as a result of the dismal global economy, according to statistics released on Monday by the China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry.
