SHEKOU, June 5 (GCTL) - Shekou Container Terminals (SCT) welcomed the maiden call of two new services, the KPS (Korea Philippines Saigon) service and the CMX (China-Middle east Express) service.
KPS is jointly launched by STX (STX Pan Ocean), CNC (CNC Line) and HAS (Heung-A Shipping), with three 1,700-TEU vessels in operation. It calls at SCT every Monday with port rotation as follows: Incheon, Pusan, Kwangyang, Shanghai, Manila, Hochiminh, Hong Kong, Shekou, Incheon.
Launched by TS Line, the CMX service deploys six 3,000-TEU vessels. It arrives at SCT every Tuesday and calls at the following ports: Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Shekou, Port Klang, Karachi, Jebel Ali, Port Klang, Hongkong, Qingdao, HKSG reported.
