Kuehne + Nagel Mexico wins major Sony contract

MEXICO CITY, July 17 (GCTL) - Kuehne + Nagel has been awarded a three-year contract with Sony to manage warehousing and national distribution of its Electronics Division’s products, including the provision of comprehensive value-added services.

Operating out of its Tepotzotlán distribution centre north of Mexico City, Kuehne+Nagel is dedicating approximately 40,000 square metres of warehouse space to Sony.

Kuehne + Nagel has established a Verification Unit responsible for ensuring that Sony’s products comply with Mexican regulations. Value-added services include inserting Spanish literature, re-packing, labelling and product configuration.
