DB Schenker Rail Polska S.A. announces board changes

ZABRZE, June 15 (GCTL) - As of July 1st 2012 several changes will occur in the Management Board of DB Schenker Rail Polska S.A.

Christian Schreyer, currently responsible for Production and Human Resources, will assume the CEO position of the Company as the successor to Hans-Georg Werner. Werner will take over the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DB Schenker Rail Polska S.A. and will continue to hold the position of CEO of Region East at DB Schenker Rail.

As was known from the outset, Hans-Georg Werner was to lead DB Schenker Rail Polska S.A. directly only temporarily, until the structure of the Company has been finalized. As of July 1st 2012 the new Management Board will consist of the following Board Members:
