FORT WORTH, Texas, Feb 17 (GCTL) - AMR Corporation, the parent company of American Airlines, Inc. recorded a consolidated net loss of $1.1 billion for the fourth quarter of 2011 compared to a consolidated net loss of $97 million in the fourth quarter of 2010.
The fourth quarter 2011 results include:
• $886 million in non-cash special charges and reorganization items.
