DUBAI, UAE, Apr 25 (GCTL) - Emirates SkyCargo, the freight division of Emirates, said it will soon be connecting more businesses in Vietnam with trade opportunities across its global network with the launch of a daily passenger flight on June 4 offering 240-tonne weekly belly-hold capacity to stimulate trade between Ho Chi Minh City, its Dubai hub and other destinations.
Ho Chi Minh City will become the 14th Emirates SkyCargo point in Asia with major exporters - such as Hong Kong, China, Japan and Korea – already operating on bustling Emirates SkyCargo trade lanes to points throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America.
Vietnam, with one of the fastest growing economies in Asia, will be able to further develop its import/export industry using the 17-tonne cargo hold of the wide-body Airbus 330-200 operating on the route. From October 28, trade will receive another boost when a Boeing 777-300ER takes
