HAMBURG, July 11 (GCTL) - Effective 1 July 2006, Hans-Georg Brinkmann, 52, takes over as managing director of the German Kuehne + Nagel organisation with headquarters in Hamburg, succeeding Ewald Kaiser, who is moving to the company’s corporate headquarters in Schindellegi, Switzerland.
Brinkmann, who started his career with Kuehne + Nagel in Bremen in 1972 and served in various posts including managing director of the Canadian Kuehne + Nagel organisation in 1999, assumes responsibility for the Central Europe Region comprising Germany and Switzerland.
